Brno, March 9th, 2011 – TrustPort, a leading global provider of security software, has announced another major step in the expansion of its worldwide operations. The company has launched a new regional office for Southeast Asia, located in the Malayan capital Kuala Lumpur. The move comes as part of the continuing strategy, whereby local branches are being established in the regions with a great market potential.

“We have watched with great interest the growth of the ICT industry in Southeast Asia,” explained Vladislav Nemec, Chief Executive Officer at TrustPort. “And our entry into the market was just a matter of time. Malaysia is well-positioned as a regional ICT hub and that is a compelling reason for us to set up our office here in Kuala Lumpur.” Vladislav Nemec took part in the official launch ceremony in Malaysia last week. The grand event was attended by numerous journalists and other guests.

TrustPort South East Asia, aims to capture 10 percent of the regional data protection market within three years. “Southeast Asia is a crowded market. In order to achieve the target, we did a lot of marketing, and a brand awareness campaign, to educate the end-users about our products,” continued Nemec. Tee Boon Tiong, Vice-President of Sales at TrustPort South East Asia, commented on this objective: “I am confident about penetrating the Southeast Asia market. We continue to work with partners, customers, the government and we get great help from TrustPort headquarters. We have established regional support through our appointed partner, MSS Lab Sdn Bhd, to provide first-class local customer service.“

Representatives of TrustPort headquarters do not conceal their excitement about the growing interest of third parties and new partners in recent months. Marcela Parolkova, Sales Director of TrustPort, had this to say: “Because of our outstanding results in independent comparative tests, we have experienced constant growth in sales. That combined with our value added partners, that we gained last year, and the successful online trading, we are confident that we will carry on growing fast. When you compare years 2010 and 2009, you can see that our global sales have doubled. We never stand still. Our aim is to ensure that we have both satisfied customers and satisfied partners.” TrustPort partners enjoy above-standard commission and first-class support, factors that have contributed largely to the existing success of TrustPort.

BellaDati is the first business intelligence in the UK to be provided as SaaS even for small and medium enterprises. Its Czech producer, the Trgiman company, officially launched its version 2.3 today. It not only analyzes enterprise data but also creates reports from marketing, sales, production and finance. All the user needs is a web browser.

After registration, the user is provided with complete business intelligence including data storage within 3 minutes. There is no need to install anything. The business user obtains, with an ease that is not typical for BI, analyses in interactive graphs and tables from various agendas of the enterprise including stock turnover ability, receivables or sales representatives’ success rates. All you have to do is choose the data sources that BellaDati should connect to from a menu. The selection includes Excel, economic systems as well as Dynamics CRM or the robust SAP system or Oracle databases and web services including Google Docs. BellaDati automatically inserts the data to the OLAP data storage using ETL tools. The analyst is provided with sophisticated formulas for filtering data. Reports can be shared on line on dashboards across the company and provided with comments using methods known from social networks. Trgiman also offers the customer an optional analytical service. It can advise on which KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor and create the necessary reports with graphs and views of enterprise data.

Martin Trgiňa, Trgiman CEO (photo), says: “We want to provide small and medium enterprises with a BI they could not afford before. Now even a small company can make its decisions based on clear indicators. A large enterprise, on the other hand, can make investments in KPI analyses instead of integration problems. We have removed the complexity burdening the existing BI and enclosed simplicity and services of analysts. In BellaDati, you get easy to understand visualizations from a stack of spreadsheet data.”

Compared to other BI solutions, BellaDati can even process out of enterprise data thanks to its market intelligence function. Thus you can analyze data regarding your competitors or economic data taken from Erste Bank’s internet banking, for example. Individual graphs and tables can be inserted into blogs, websites or directly into iGoogle without programming. Graphs or entire dashboards can be exported to PowerPoint, Excel and other formats by clicking a button. IT specialists will appreciate public API for connecting their own applications or the on line Bella Script, which allows the clearing of data in more complex cases.

BellaDati is currently used by large companies such as New World Resources. The proportion of small and medium companies, e. g. in the field of office accessories retail or insurance, is also growing rapidly. There are commercial tariffs that can be ordered and paid for on line and easily upgraded or downgraded according to the economic situation on the market. Universities and individuals can use the Personal tariff for non commercial purposes. BellaDati enables anyone to drag not only enterprise data from the dark to the light.

Prague, 11 November 2010 – Cleverlance, a leading consultancy software company, has designed for Economia, the largest publisher of financial and B2B periodicals in the Czech Republic, a system for the operative management of subscription and advertising sales, customer management, communication history records, orders processing, client services, customers segmentation, business intelligence and for the undertaking of marketing and sales campaigns.

Cleverlance’s role in the project is that of solution supplier and implementer, system integrator and consultant in introducing the company’s newly set business processes.

With the solution’s implementation, Economia obtains a uniform view of the client across the entire organization – from the various subscribers to advertisers and participants in conferences and seminars. Economia therefore gets a tool that provides it with a view of each client separately and is then able to react to its specific needs and requests.

The analytical and marketing division utilises all possibilities for analysing data (including OLAP technology), verifies the set segmentation model and provides information for the preparation and run of marketing and sales campaigns.

An integral part of the solution is Cleverlance’s superstructure for communication centres which facilitates the processing and recording of client requests. The solution also features a call scripting option. Cleverlance’s call centre is fully integrated with the telephone exchange and CRM solution.

The target solution is based on Cleverlance’s technology and a MS Dynamics CRM (.NET) solution and utilises integration to proven Mikropost, Insider and Helios solutions.

Brno, November the 9th, 2010 – TrustPort, a leading provider of internet security software, is proud to be supporting UNICEF by making a financial donation to enable them to buy special kits for schools in developing countries. The school kits are not culturally specific so that they can be used anywhere in the world. TrustPort supports through its donation up to 240 students.

Vladislav Nemec, CEO at TrustPort says: “It is our pleasure here at TrustPort to participate with Unicef in this project. We see that education is essential in combating poverty and protecting children from exploitation, and access to appropriate learning materials is a fundamental aspect. Schools provide children with protection, stability, and a return to normalcy. This model bears a striking resemblance to the protection in which TrustPort products are effectively able to secure computers. We are aware of current global needs; not only to protect computers from malicious software, but also to protect children.“

The primary objective of these special school kits is to help re-establish learning as the first step towards the restoration of normal schooling following an emergency. However, it can also be used in development situations where a country suddenly faces an influx of students, e.g. if school fees are abolished at once.

“When we ensure that girls and boys receive a quality education, we create opportunities for children to build lives and realize their dreams. A quality basic education enhances lives and ends cycles of poverty and disease. UNICEF is grateful to TrustPort for their kind donation. The commitment of TrustPort to support UNICEF educational programs reflects its dedication towards measurable results for children. This contribution is sincerely appreciated.” said Pavla Gomba, General Director at Unicef Czech Republic.

About UNICEF

UNICEF is on the ground in over 150 countries and territories to help children survive and thrive, from early childhood through adolescence. The world’s largest provider of vaccines for developing countries, UNICEF supports child health and nutrition, good water and sanitation, quality basic education for all boys and girls, and the protection of children from violence, exploitation, and AIDS. UNICEF is funded entirely by the voluntary contributions of individuals, businesses, foundations and governments.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Oct. 12, 2010 — Today at VMworld 2010 Europe, VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW), the global leader in virtualization and cloud infrastructure, continued to expand its strategy for modern IT infrastructures, announcing new and enhanced products and programs to help enterprises and service providers achieve the benefits of cloud computing while maintaining the control and freedom of choice they require.

Introduced at VMworld 2010 in San Francisco, IT as a Service is the transformation of IT to a more business-centric approach, focusing on outcomes such as operational efficiency, competitiveness and rapid response. This means IT will shift from producing IT services to optimizing production and consumption of those services in ways consistent with business requirements. This will change the role of IT from a cost center to a center of strategic value.

“The transformation of IT infrastructure to a hybrid cloud model has begun,” said Raghu Raghuram, senior vice president and general manager, Virtualization and Cloud Platforms, VMware. “VMware continues to drive this next generation of IT forward with solutions for enterprises and service providers that promise to redefine IT’s relationship with its business partners and enable IT services to be consumed when and how they best serve the goals of the business.”

The VMware cloud infrastructure and management vision is an evolutionary model of IT infrastructure based on virtualization that unifies hybrid, private and public cloud resource pools with consistent security, compliance, management and quality of service. Building on the VMware vSphere™ foundation, the cloud infrastructure products and services VMware announced in August at VMworld 2010 in San Francisco – VMware vCloud™ Director, the VMware vShield™ product family and VMware vCloud Datacenter Services – introduced a hybrid cloud model that seamlessly bridges private and public clouds. Today, VMware continues to build on this model, introducing:

Enhanced governance and control for hybrid clouds
VMware today announced VMware vCloud Request Manager, further streamlining the production and consumption of infrastructure services by adding sophisticated, automated approval workflows to the VMware vCloud Director provisioning process. VMware vCloud Director will change the way IT delivers infrastructure services and the way users access and consume them by extending the resource pooling capabilities of VMware vSphere, enabling IT to create “virtual data centers” (VDCs) and offer them to users through fully automated self-service access. Once a user selects infrastructure services from the VMware vCloud Director service catalog, vCloud Request Manager initiates pre-defined workflows to coordinate approvals, track software license inventories and ensure standardization of cloud partitions according to policy “blueprints.”

Advanced storage analytics and visualization purpose-built to manage the capacity of dynamic virtual and cloud environments
The dynamic nature of modern infrastructures and cloud environments requires a new management paradigm that incorporates real-time analytics and visualization to enable a higher level of automation and the ability to identify the root cause of performance problems. Today, VMware announced VMware vCenter™ CapacityIQ™ 1.5, introducing
new storage analytics capabilities that will provide enhanced visibility for storage forecasting, and the ability to more accurately pinpoint capacity bottlenecks related to storage. VMware vCenter CapacityIQ 1.5 includes new resource optimization capabilities that improve capacity trending and scenarios in dynamic virtual and cloud environments. With easy-to-understand reports for analysis and trending, VMware vCenter CapacityIQ 1.5 will provide customers with the most critical information related to capacity planning and management of their dynamic virtual and cloud infrastructures.

New VMware vCloud customers, partners and VSPP enhancements drive hybrid cloud services momentum
COLT, a leading European provider of business communications and the first VMware vCloud Datacenter Services provider in Europe, today announced that Fidelity Investment Managers and Carphone Warehouse will be its first customers to trial innovative IT initiatives as part of the Colt VMware vCloud Datacenter Services “pilot environment.” Introduced in August at VMworld 2010 in San Francisco, VMware vCloud Datacenter Services are enterprise-class public clouds certified by VMware that will be delivered by leading service providers including BlueLock, COLT, SingTel, Terremark and Verizon. In addition, VMware announced Elisa Oy, a leading Nordics ICT solutions provider, as its newest VMware vCloud Express partner.

VMware is also expanding its VMware Service Provider Program (VSPP), more than doubling the number of products available to participants and introducing new, simpler pay-for-use bundles and licensing. The addition of VMware vCloud Director, the Zimbra™ Collaboration Suite, the VMware vShield product family, VMware vCenter CapacityIQ, and several other VMware products will allow VSPP service providers to expand their offerings beyond infrastructure services to include platform as a service, desktop as a service, email hosting and many other incremental cloud services.

A cornerstone of the VMware vCloud Initiative, the VSPP provides pay-for-use licensing, market development funding, access to software and other programs to help service providers grow their businesses. Since its launch in 2008, the VSPP has experienced rapid growth with more than 2,900 service providers in the program today and 145 percent growth in the last 12 months.

VMware Go™ Pro beta brings cloud management paradigm to small and midsized businesses
VMware today announced VMware Go™ Pro beta, a comprehensive cloud service that will make it easy for SMBs to consolidate servers, control assets and secure their IT infrastructure. VMware Go Pro, developed in partnership with Shavlik Technologies, will guide customers through the server virtualization process, streamlining patch management and software asset management – all done in the cloud. VMware Go Pro will provide a single pane of glass to manage both virtual and physical infrastructures.

Budapest, October 11, 2010 – GTS Central Europe, a leading infrastructure-based telecommunications operator, provider of data center services in Central and Eastern Europe and the parent of GTS Hungary, has closed the acquisition of Interware and will spend EUR 550,000 in the next 3 months on the expansion of the acquired data center in Victor Hugo Street, Budapest. The combination of Interware and existing GTS Hungary data center facilities will position GTS Hungary as leader in the Hungarian data center market.

GTS Central Europe signed the contract on the acquisition of 100% of Interware on June 10, 2010. The parties have not disclosed the details of the financial agreement. The transaction was completed on October 1, 2010 with the approval of the Hungarian Competition Authority.

Interware has an established history as an outstanding operator in the Hungarian alternative telecommunications market since 1998, offering server hosting, colocation, internet and fixed line telephone services primarily to business customers. The company operates two data centers in central Budapest, with a total area of 1,075 square meters.

Interware will be merged into GTS Hungary, creating a combined business with annual revenues exceeding EUR 62 million and data centers having a total floor area of more than 1,600 square meters.

In the Victor Hugo Street data center, which it has also acquired with the deal, GTS Hungary will add colocation space and increase the power supply. This investment is estimated to cost EUR 550,000 and will provide incremental space and power for our customers.

The acquisition of Interware is in line with the GTS group strategy for the Central European data center services market. Seeing the growing demand for data center services, the GTS group announced its expansion plans in March 2010; in the summer of 2010 it expanded its Polish data centers by 500 square meters and also opened a new 700 square meter facility in Prague, Czech Republic. In addition to the acquisition of the Hungarian Interware, recent GTS group acquisitions of Romanian operator, Datek, and Slovak operator, Dial Telecom, have also been important steps toward reaching the strategic objective.

At present the GTS group operates a total of ten data centers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Romania with an overall floor space of 8,000 square meters, servicing over 10,000 servers, which makes the Company one of the largest data center providers in the CEE region.

“We are strongly committed to continuous development in meeting our customers’ demand, and I’m convinced that they appreciate our ambitious efforts to become the leading provider of data center services in the region,” said Adam Sawicki, Group CEO at GTS Central Europe. “With the Interware acquisition GTS group will further strengthen its position in the Hungarian and regional business telecommunications market,” he added.
