GTS Central Europe, an infrastructure-based telecommunications operator and provider of data centre services in Central and Eastern Europe, acquired Dial Telecom a.s. (Slovakia). Dial Telecom’s customer base and metropolitan optical network in Bratislava will greatly enhance GTS Slovakia’s ability to service customers throughout the Slovakia. The acquisition will strengthen the GTS footprint not only in Slovakia, but in the whole CEE region. GTS will integrate the Dial Telecom customers and product offerings into its existing Slovak operations, creating a combined business with total annual revenues reaching nearly € 50 million.
